In my case I got there early and was out before my appointment time. I've been there when they were super busy and they are good with appointments. They are friendly, honest and fast!! I recommend them to everyone I know. Only keep stock tires and referred me to another tire shop. This shop has been here for years and takes good care of it's customers.

I don't remember buying Road Hazard insurance but Dave adjusted the tire and we weren't charged one cent. This was certainly unexpected. Replaced it with the spare, and had the spare fixed before we arrived in Arkansas. We noticed the spare was not good, so we stopped at Plumlee Tire for a replacement. Not only did they have the correct tire, but they had us in and out of there in 10 minutes. We appreciate the great service and good Tire. Great people, great prices and the hardest and fastest working people I've seen.

Should have gone to PSI tire on the corner of HWY5 and 201, next time I will. One thing for sure Dave has built a great service and friendly shop. He cares about his customers and makes it right if it leaves shop not correct. Note the tire shop belongs to Dave not the alignment shop even though it is in the same building. Best tire shop in the Ozarks. Free rotation if you bought them there.
He lives in Mountain Home with his wife Lucy and his English Retriever Sugar. They are very nice friendly. All the employees are fast and safe workers.

Good prices very friendly and fast. I had one tire punctured and ruined with about miles on it, they replaced it for free. They will also rotate tires you buy from them free.They are a crew of very nice hardworking guys.
Nice and friendly and very helpful. One of the best tire shops in the area, very friendly, very fast. Busy place, I was there a total of 30 minutes and they changed all 4 tires on three vehicles and helped me with a new tire for a trailer. Walmart could learn some things from these guys. Will give plumlee my future business. Good prices and they're willing to order tires that aren't common and they have them the next day.
