I don't remember buying Road Hazard insurance but Dave adjusted the tire and we weren't charged one cent. This was certainly unexpected. We just want to say and agree with other reviews that their customer service and tire service skills both are excellent. We will be lifelong customers and share our experience with others. Nice and friendly and very helpful. One of the best tire shops in the area, very friendly, very fast. Busy place, I was there a total of 30 minutes and they changed all 4 tires on three vehicles and helped me with a new tire for a trailer. Walmart could learn some things from these guys. Will give plumlee my future business. Good prices and they're willing to order tires that aren't common and they have them the next day.

I don't go anywhere else, as no other establishment can equal it. The gentleman who assisted me made my trip there a pleasure and we are hoping that what he did fix it if not I'll be back in a couple of months and get new tires. Friendly and trustworthy service. They had the tires on and ready to go in about 10 minutes. Second experience was yesterday when I ran over a small deer antler rack. My wife called Dave Plumlee just to make sure he had the same type tire in stock and to make an appointment to get it changed. They set an appointment for next morning at 9am and by 10 minutes after they had us back to normal.
Good prices very friendly and fast. I had one tire punctured and ruined with about miles on it, they replaced it for free. They will also rotate tires you buy from them free.They are a crew of very nice hardworking guys.
